1. Reservation Retainer
To confirm any bespoke travel itinerary, GuptGanga Travels strictly requires an initial non-refundable advance equivalent to 40% of the total package cost. The remaining 60% balance naturally must be cleared at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.
2. Identity Documentation
Given the border proximity of Jammu & Kashmir, state laws absolutely mandate that all guests present valid, government-authenticated identification (Aadhar, driving license, or passport for foreign nationals) upon check-in at hotels or houseboats. We recommend keeping multiple copies ready.
3. Transport Logistics
All private sightseeing transports will strictly adhere to the pre-agreed itinerary. Unplanned diversions or extended nighttime layovers demanded by the guest will incur explicit supplementary charges, payable immediately.
4. Local Taxes
Prices listed across the platform are exclusive of current Goods and Services Taxes (GST). Corresponding taxes will be explicitly laid out and appended to the final reservation invoice before any transactional clearing.
