1. Timeline of Deductions
We understand that travel plans can change. However, due to the high-demand nature of premium Kashmir properties and houseboat allocations, the following strict cancellation slabs are maintained:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 15% of the total package cost is retained.
- 15 to 30 days before arrival: 35% of the total package cost is retained.
- 7 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost is retained.
- Less than 7 days (or no show): 100% of the total package cost is retained; no refunds apply.
2. Act of God Provisions
In the event of flight cancellations arising from severe weather, widespread political disturbances, or heavy snowfall triggering avalanches, GuptGanga Travels will graciously postpone your booking to an alternate date without penalty, subject entirely to property availability. However, cash refunds will not be issued under any force majeure circumstances.
3. Processing Times
Approved refunds will strictly be routed back to the original source of the financial transaction. Expected banking clearing time relies between 7 to 14 business days.
